How do I use the Community Perk Pass?

To redeem an offer follow this process:

  1. Tap Account or Login in the top bar
  2. Tap on an active pass
  3. Tap on the offer you want to use
  4. Then show your screen to the venue and tap the “Use Offer” button for each pass holder to redeem the offer.

How long is my pass valid?

Community Perk Passes are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, not for a calendar year. If you purchase your pass in the middle of the year and events are past or out of season, they will be available to you the following season until your pass expires.

Will the current venues always be available on the Community Perk Pass?

We anticipate that current venues will remain on the Community Perk Pass. However, participating venues are subject to change.  New venues are often added at no additional charge to current Community Perk Pass members.

Will any new venues be added?

Yes. We are always looking at adding additional venues to the Community Perk Pass. When done, existing pass holders are automatically included.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Login to your account, click the Manage Subscriptions button, click on an Active subscription, and click the Cancel button. Your passes will stay active until the next billing date, when your pass will not renew.

If you have any difficulty you can email us at hello@communityperkpass.com, and we can cancel your subscription for you.

What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

If you need to reset your password, go to the Login or My Account tab at the top of the screen and then choose the “Lost your password?” link and follow the steps to reset your password. If you need additional assistance please contact us. 

Which offers on the pass do I have access to?

With a Community Perk Pass, you have access to all of the offers on the pass. There’s no need to pick and choose. You get all available offers as a pass holder.

Who’s name should be entered as the pass holder?

You should enter the name of the person that is using the pass. If your child is using the pass then enter your child’s name.
