To redeem an offer follow this process:
Community Perk Passes are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
In the case of vouchers, they are valid for 1 year from the date of activation.
We anticipate that current venues and their offers will remain on the Community Perk Pass. However, participating venues and their offers are subject to change at any time. New venues and offers are often added at no additional charge to current Community Perk Pass members.
Yes. We are always looking at adding additional venues to the Community Perk Pass. When done, existing pass holders are automatically included.
To cancel your automatic renewal: Login to your account, click the My Subscriptions button, then toggle the Auto Renew option. Your passes will stay active until the next billing date, when your pass will not renew, and you will no longer be charged. You can change this option back later if you change your mind.

If you need to reset your password, go to the Login or My Account tab at the top of the screen and then choose the “Lost your password?” link and follow the steps to reset your password. If you need additional assistance please contact us.
With a Community Perk Pass, you have access to all of the offers on the pass. There’s no need to pick and choose. You get all available offers as a pass holder.
You should enter the name of the person that is using the pass. If your child is using the pass then enter your child’s name.
Each venue is different in this regard. If a parent typically needs to pay entry to accompany their child or play on their own, then you’ll need a pass for both parent and child.
When you purchase a gift voucher you’ll receive a voucher code by email that you can use yourself or gift to someone else.
When you’re ready to activate your pass(es) simply visit our Redeem Voucher page and enter that code during checkout to activate your passes.
Gift vouchers allow you to activate your passes in the future, which makes them a great gift idea. If you have additional questions, feel free to email us.
We do our best to keep the venues and attractions on the Community Perk Pass available throughout your pass term. However, venues may occasionally close, change their participation, or be removed from the pass.
If a venue is no longer available, you can continue to enjoy all of the other offers included with your Community Perk Pass for the remainder of your pass term.
Each Community Perk Pass is for one person and cannot be shared between multiple people.
