Refund Policy

Refund policy: You may receive a full refund for any unused passes within 60 days of purchase. Partially and fully used passes are ineligible for refunds. To request a refund contact us at hello@communityperkpass.com.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation must be made before the next renewal. We do not refund or credit for partially used billing periods, although we may provide such refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis at our sole and absolute discretion.

To cancel your pass: Login to your account, click the Manage Subscriptions button, click on an Active subscription, and click the Cancel button. Your passes will stay active until the next billing date, when your pass will not renew, and you will no longer be charged.

If you have any difficulty you can email us at hello@communityperkpass.com, and we can cancel your subscription for you.
